Pork chops with apples and stuffing

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 1 tbs. Canola oil
  • 1 P kg Stove Top stuffing mix
  • I can apple pie filling

Instructions

  • In a large skillet brown the pork chops in oil over medium high heat
  • Meanwhile, prepare stuffing according to package instructions
  • Spread pie filling in a 13×9 baking dish
  • Place the pork chops on top and slid the stuffing over chops
  • Cover and bake at 350° for 35 minutes
  • Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes
