Pork chops with apples and stuffing
Ingredients
- 6 boneless pork chops
- 1 tbs. Canola oil
- 1 P kg Stove Top stuffing mix
- I can apple pie filling
Instructions
- In a large skillet brown the pork chops in oil over medium high heat
- Meanwhile, prepare stuffing according to package instructions
- Spread pie filling in a 13×9 baking dish
- Place the pork chops on top and slid the stuffing over chops
- Cover and bake at 350° for 35 minutes
- Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes
